Achema 2018 – Call for Papers for Congress and Praxisforums

Contributions to the congress program and Praxisforums of Achema 2018 can be submitted as of now. Scientists from industry and research institutions are invited to submit their papers until September 22, 2017 via internet. About 800 presentations at Achema from June 11-15, 2018 will showcase results from application-oriented basic research through to applied research and development.

The Achema-Congress comprises the complete spectrum of chemical and process engineering as well as biotechnology themes. The topics range from analytics, energy supply, process design, reaction technology through to safety. C. Focal topics include: Biotech for Chemistry – chemical and biotechnological processes are gradually merging; Flexible Production – digital integration of the value chain makes this possible; Chemical and Pharmaceutical Logistics – the digitalization of the logistics chain opens up new paths in supply chein management and distribution.

The Achema Praxisforums focus on industrial applications, trends, new products and services in chemical engineering, biotechnology and the process industry. Market- and practice-oriented topics are presented in a concise format. The Achema Praxisforums are held in the immediate vicinity of the respective exhibition group.

The linkage of exhibition and high-quality congress makes Achema the distinctive world forum of the process industries. Around 4,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries and about 170,000 visitors from all continents are expected at this industry summit for users and researchers.

The Achema takes place from June 11-15, 2018 in Frankfurt am Main / Germany.
