A-C Pump NS Series Non-Clog Pumps for Wastewater Applications

05.09.2001

Goulds Pumps, an ITT Industries company, is offering the A-C (Allis-Chalmers) NS series non-clog pumps for the pumping of wastewater and non-corrosive liquids with soft solids. Applications include: pumping raw sewage, lift stations, treatment plants, storm water, pumping stations, as well as dewatering.

The NS series is an industry accepted design featuring a two vane, non-clog impeller, back pull-out for easy access, five discharge positions casing and an external impeller adjustment for renewal of hydraulic performance. A proven dynamic seal, Equiseal?, solves sealing problems by eliminating the need for a water flush. No water or drain lines to run. No water costs to supply or treat.

The NS series is available in both vertical and horizontal models in sizes from 4” to 12” with capacities to 9000 GPM (2044 m3/h) and heads to 275 feet (84m). The solids handling capability is 6.38 inches (162mm).
