2013 AHR Expo Already Largest Southwest Show
With several months remaining before the 2013 AHR Expo in Dallas, January 28-30, Show management has announced that more than 1,500 companies have already reserved 362,000 net sq. ft. of exhibit space.

That surpasses the 351,000 sq. ft. of booth space reserved for the 2007 AHR Expo in Dallas, which was also the largest Southwest event at that time.
According to Clay Stevens, President of International Exposition Company, which produces and manages the AHR Expo, both the square footage and number of exhibitors are expected to continue to climb. “Fortunately, back in April, we were able to add more exhibit space to what we had originally planned to use as it appeared we would outgrow the entire 350,000 sq. ft. of space on the second level. With six months remaining, we have already sold 30% of the new space we added on Level 1.”
Stevens said that another indication of the enthusiastic response to the Dallas Show is that hotel reservations are significantly higher than usual this far in advance of the event.
The 2013 AHR Expo is endorsed by 36 leading HVACR industry associations and is co-sponsored by ASHRAE and the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). The Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) is an honorary sponsor. ASHRAE s Winter Conference is held concurrently with the AHR Expo each year.
