Morrison Pump Company Receives Order for Wastewater Treatment Plant Design-Build Project

Morrison Pump Company of Hollywood, Florida, has been awarded the order to supply the new MBBR Recycle Pumps for the Hopewell Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Project in Virginia.

The Horizontal Axial Flow Pumps are part of the overall $70 million Design Build Project awarded to Hopewell Nutrient Partners, a Joint Venture between HDR Engineering and PC Construction, for the design and construction of nitrogen removal facilities at the 50 MGD water treatment plant. The new Morrison Pumps will be high efficiency, variable speed, axial flow pumps with stainless steel impellers, and are scheduled for delivery in the Spring of 2016.
