Halm Pumpen + Motoren GmbH Announces New Managing Director

25.03.2015

As of 1 March 2015, Felix Kröll is the sole managing director of Halm Pumpen + Motoren GmbH (formerly Richard Halm GmbH & Co. KG). This management change marks a key milestone in the company’s transition to the next generation.

Felix Kröll, 33, first joined the management of the pump and motor specialist in Baltmannsweiler, near Stuttgart, in July 2014.

Kröll has been an employee of the family-run business for ten years; since the summer of 2014, he has been a managing director responsible for all organisational units in the company. His appointment as sole managing director now marks the achievement of a further key milestone in the company’s transition to the next generation. In this active transfer process, father-in-law Wolfgang Halm has thus assigned full responsibility for the business to Felix Kröll.

“Alongside my remit in development and sales, the key elements of our corporate approach, I have now assumed overall responsibility for the company. It’s a huge challenge, and one that I will take on with full dedication and energy,” says Kröll. The qualified industrial engineer plans to secure the future success of the family-owned business with realistic visions. Employing modern production facilities, innovative methods and lean processes, Halm Pumpen + Motoren GmbH guarantees its customers tailor-made support and above all high quality.

Wolfgang Halm will remain at the company’s disposal in the course of the succession process. “Experience and knowledge acquired over generations is an important and highly valuable commodity, ideally secured in a family-run business,” says Kröll. The company sees its strength in its professional and tailor-made response to customer requirements. In addition to its traditional values, it therefore embraces innovation and consistently develops market-centric products. Halm Pumpen + Motoren GmbH focuses on offering a broad and cutting-edge product range in the fields of both high efficiency heating circulation pumps and drive technology.
