Favourable conditions make it easy for existing Spaix licences to be extended to a combined product. The bundles are available either with the Windows software Spaix Classic, the Internet version Spaix Online or with any customized version.

Microsoft CRM 3.0

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is the complete software suite fort he efficient administration of your customer relations. Marketing, Sales and Service profit from an integrated solution that is quickly applicable, flexible for customizations and economical in terms of maintenance. The integration into the familiar work environment of Microsoft Office Outlook provides for high efficiency and fast acceptance among all employees.

Besides the individual products, the package also includes the Spaix-CRM-Connector, which stores the quotation data from Spaix as Offer or Sales Opportunity in the CRM system. This makes all information from the pump selection directly available with the customer data in the CRM system where it can be used for sales analysis and reports.

Microsoft SQL Server

SQL Server 2005 is the new data management and analysis platform from Microsoft. For Spaix users the data base is especially interesting, when:

• the project data base in the size of 2 GB reaches the limits of the Access application,
• the Access data base slows down due to a high number of network users or
• Spaix is used on a web server (Spaix Online).

In addition to the Spaix SQL package you’ll also get the Spaix DataMigrator, which makes the data transfer between the SQL server and the Access data bases easy.
