The BB PEP Series ensures pulse-free metering and dosing, providing exceptional precision and repeatability without the need for expensive flow meters or complex control systems. The pumps are capable of handling flow rates from 0.2 to 24 lbs/hr with a wide capacity range of 0.16 to 3 cc/rev. They operate reliably in extreme conditions, including temperatures up to 600°F and pressures up to 4,800 psi, making them ideal for high-viscosity, high-temperature, and high-pressure applications.

The BB PEP Series features robust construction using hardened tool steel, ensuring long pump life even under the most challenging conditions. The revolutionary B-Bearing design reduces part damage and leakage while significantly simplifying assembly and maintenance. With 50% fewer parts and no need for special tools, the assembly process is nearly 90% faster than traditional designs. The pumps are also interchangeable with existing systems, allowing for seamless upgrades and minimal disruption to operations.

Engineered for applications requiring exceptional precision, the BB PEP Series is suited for metering, mixing, dispensing, coating, and extruding fluids such as acrylics, adhesives, cellulosic, hot melts, and polyesters. Its purpose-built design ensures that it meets the critical need for product uniformity in polymer extrusion processes, while its easy disassembly and cleaning make it especially valuable for medical tubing applications.
