As such, the theme for the IMGM 2024 was: “New Perspectives – Embracing the Future with Creating, Caring, Connecting.”

“The sustainability strategy sets the pace for the action we take”, explains Oliver Hermes, President & CEO of the Wilo Group. “At the IMGM, we – the members of the Central Executive Board and of the Wilo Group’s three regional boards – were able to show how this strategy can also be implemented through the newly created regional set-up.” A few weeks ago, the Group announced that it would be regionalising and decentralising its entire organisational structure. “In light of this historic transformation, this year’s IMGM is a particularly important platform for dialogue, networking and discussion.”

The Networking Cube, which officially opened in September 2024, is the new market partner meeting centre at the Wilopark. The Group receives guests from the worlds of business, politics, society, science and finance at the 5,000-square-metre building, which is part of its central headquarters. The Networking Cube houses generous spaces for engaging in dialogue and interaction. A highlight of the new meeting place is a 191-square-metre LED wall with over 50 million pixels.
