EBARA Announces Merger of Group Companies in Thailand

EBARA Corporation will establish a new equipment testing and development center for hydrogen infrastructure-related equipment in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, to contribute to the realization of a hydrogen society.

PT. Ebara Turbomachinery Services Indonesia (“ETSI”), a group company of EBARA CORPORATION, announces the opening of a new service center on August 21, 2024.

EBARA Pumps Europe S.p.A. (EPE), a group company of EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA), has reached an agreement with SKF Lubrication Systems Germany GmbH (SKF), a subsidiary of SKF Group, regarding the transfer of SKF’s coolant pump (Spandau Pumpen) business. The agreement was signed on July 11th, 2023.
