GEA Extends Chief Financial Officer Bernd Brinker’s Contract Until 2027

For the second consecutive year, TIME Magazine and Statista jointly published their ranking of the “World’s Most Sustainable Companies”. With a position as global number 12 in a list of 500 firms, GEA scored exceptionally high in the overall ranking.

Only 4 months left until AchemAsia 2025 as the leading platform for the Chinese process industry is back. From 14 to 16 October 2025, Shanghai will once again be the gateway to China’s Process Industry, driving the countries chemical industry towards decarbonisation and sustainable intermediate and end products. The call for papers for the conference is now open and for the first time applications for the AchemAsia Process Innovation Award are possible.

GEA, provider of process technology and sustainable industrial solutions, is supporting Lignatherm AG in Küssnacht, Switzerland, with the supply of key components for a customized, three-stage water treatment solution at its new wood fiber insulation board factory in Küssnacht.

GEA made a successful start to fiscal year 2025. The company once again recorded profitable growth in the first quarter. With increases in order intake and revenue as well as improvements in key profitability and financial indicators, GEA has laid a strong foundation for the full year.

GEA looks back on a strong fiscal year and provides a positive outlook for 2025. The technology group, which focuses on mechanical and plant engineering, raised its margin guidance for EBITDA before restructuring expenses twice in 2024 and achieved its 2026 financial targets two years ahead of schedule.

At the launch event in Berlin, CEO Stefan Klebert announced the new GEA Foundation’s objectives. Working closely with several strategic partners, the foundation will focus the company’s community engagement, enabling it to provide even more effective assistance worldwide.
