Pump Summit Düsseldorf on 29-30 November 2016 will move from the Congress Center Düsseldorf to Hall 7.0 of the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. This will bring the networking event for pump experts closer to the parallel running Valve World Conference & Expo 2016 November, 29 to December, 1, 2016.

With an expanding global economy and the high number of people being drawn to media or IT based industries, it is critical that UK engineering businesses develop their employees’ skills in order to help maintain a strong manufacturing base. Furthermore, it is now well accepted that pump specific training is lacking from many engineering based courses.

During this series, attendees will explore slurry types and their effects on pump performance and examine pump assembly considerations, mechanical design features and testing. The series will also cover slurry pump wear and application regarding selection, operation, maintenance and materials of construction.

The annual International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Expo announces its call for entries for the 2016 AHR Expo Innovation Awards. These awards will be presented at a formal ceremony during the Show, which takes place next January 25 to 27 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Build Eco Xpo (BEX) Asia 2015, Southeast Asia’s premier business event for the exchange of global expertise and technologies for sustainable building, has culminated with 11,060 visitors. This year, BEX Asia saw the addition of the first Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) exhibition in Asia – MCE Asia 2015.

IFAT Environmental Technology Forum Africa, which celebrated its premiere from September 15 to 18, 2015 in the Johannesburg Expo Centre, has positioned itself strongly in the African market: with 116 exhibitors from 13 countries, over 2,000 visitors from 42 countries, 4,500 square meters of exhibition space and a high-caliber forum program.

Attendees of this year’s Chem Show, to be held November 17 to 19 at the Javits Center in New York, will, for the first time in the show’s history, be provided with free admission to all seminars.

The next IFAT India at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai begins on October 13, 2015. Once again, the share of international exhibitors at this year s fair is very high. The exhibition will be rounded out by an attractive conference program featuring experts from around the world.

Ebara held seminars on industrial water pumps from August 27 to September 2, at Bangkok Thailand. This was the 25th time Ebara held seminars in cooperation with Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). A total of 36 participants attended　from Southeast Asian water supplier’s engineers, civil engineers, etc.
