AxFlow Italy has announced its acquisition of Generalcontrol S.p.a, the Milan-based distributor of positive displacement (PD) pumps, instruments, vacuum pumps, and compressors in Italy.

Siemens and BuntPlanet have signed a sales distributorship agreement. With this agreement, the two companies provide a comprehensive portfolio on equipment, software and services offering advanced solutions for the water industry, especially for the water leakage detection. This will amplify to reduce water losses, secure the water supply and increase efficiency significantly.

ITT has completed the acquisition of Rheinhütte Pumpen Group, a market-leading designer and manufacturer of centrifugal and axial flow pumps, from Aliaxis Group S.A.

Sulzer acquires GTC Technology US, LLC, a technology company offering proprietary processes and systems for the production of aromatics and other petrochemicals. This acquisition strengthens Sulzer Chemtech’s leadership in petrochemical processes and expands its revenue base to process licensing and associated proprietary equipment and chemicals. The enterprise value is USD 39 million (CHF 39 million).

Voith and TSP, a leading American technology service company, have launched a new joint venture – TSP OnCare Digital Assets Inc.

After eighteen years in the Flowserve group, Pleuger Industries, the German manufacturer of submersible motor pumps, is once again represented on the market as an independent company. An American investor bought the brand and transferred the strategic management to German hands.
