Tecumseh Products Company Promotes Two Executives

TECUMSEH, Mich., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- President and CEO Todd W. Herrick

announced the appointment of John H. Ferguson to Group Vice President North

American Compressor Group.

Previously, Ferguson had served the Company as

President of Tecumseh's International Division. Mr. Herrick also announced

that Kent Herrick, who most recently served as Director of Tecumseh's Applied

Electronics Group, was appointed Vice President and Assistant to the President

and CEO. Both appointments were effective October 1, 2001.

These appointments are part of a larger restructuring effort by the

Company in tune with changing world and competitive conditions designed to

better focus Tecumseh's global resources and intellectual assets where they

can best benefit the Company and its shareholders.

Tecumseh Products Company (Nasdaq: TECUA, TECUB) is a full-line

He succeeds the long-standing President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Toralf Haag, who left the company on Aug. 31, 2024. Until the start of Dirk Hoke, Andreas Endters serves as interim CEO of the Voith Group, in addition to his duties as CEO of Voith Paper.
