SEEPEX BRAVO chemical metering systems are pre-engineered, chemical-feed skid systems that provide low pulsation and accurate metering of chemicals via progressive cavity pumps. They are used in a variety of industries for disinfection, pH control, flocculation, corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, and containment elimination.

The BRAVO H is the latest evolution in the BRAVO chemical metering system series by SEEPEX. The design improves on the original, vertically mounted design, BRAVO V, by mounting the pumps horizontally, implementing a new and innovative pipework design, and providing enhanced skid bases to simplify installation and extend longevity of the system.

SEEPEX progressive cavity pumps are integrated into the fully plug and play skid mounted system which includes piping, drives, system control, and calibration and optional equipment adders, all in one compact unit. The geometry of the rotor stator combination in the progressive cavity pump produces laminar flow and a high degree of accuracy.

BRAVO chemical metering systems are a modular and scalable solution that adapt to any layout with wall or floor mounting options in simplex, duplex, or triplex pump configurations. Any SEEPEX MD range metering pump, complete with variable frequency drive, can be used on the systems. Additional options include a touch control that can be mounted to the back of the skid, lead/follow protocols, and flow meters and pressure gauges.
