preeflow Introduces Microcontroller Plug’n’Dose 2.0

With the plug’n’dose 2.0, preeflow introduces an advanced miniature dispensing controller that impresses with its reduced size and optimized features. The microcontroller is specifically designed for applications with limited installation space and is 80% smaller than the previous model. At a weight of just 110 g, it is also significantly lighter.

A key innovation is its compatibility with the eco-PEN XS 180, developed for precise dispensing volumes in the microliter range. The combination of the plug’n’dose 2.0 and the eco-PEN XS 180 enables flexible applications, such as applying small dots or beads of material or dosing under vacuum conditions.

The plug’n’dose 2.0 is equipped with:

  • Dedicated error output
  • Reset input for error handling
  • Separate readiness signal
