The test facilities have also been comprehensively modernised and digitalised to enable automated test processes with real-time monitoring and remote access. As a result, the pump manufacturer can meet delivery requirements at short notice and conduct technically sophisticated tests.

In the area of service, customers benefit from an improved workshop structure with clearly defined repair zones, a clean room for high-precision work and the integration of digital diagnostic tools. Repair times have also been shortened thanks to the in-house production of spare parts, the internal reconditioning of mechanical seals and the introduction of additive manufacturing.

The investment includes the introduction of new products such as the energy-efficient AmaRex Pro submersible pump and the facility for local testing under real conditions. In addition to the current expansion in Bundamba, KSB is already planning to expand its capacities in Western Australia.
