Their open two-vane D-max impellers are designed for maximum hydraulic efficiency and excellent clogging resistance. An intelligent, integrated motor control system automatically detects any clogging events and initiates an independent pump deragging process. These cleaning routines help to avoid clogging and the formation of stringy masses.

The intelligent high-efficiency motors enable adaptive operation, ensuring the operating point is optimally adjusted to the system curve. This also keeps wear down, reducing the need for unscheduled servicing work.

The integrated motor protection monitors the temperature of motor and electronics and detects any vibrations. Customers are supplied with a pump set matching their specific operating point. Further functions integrated are soft start and soft stop of the machines.

The free service software makes it easy for customers to configure the interfaces required for their control station. Fitted with white cast iron impellers, AmaRex Pro pumps are suitable for transporting abrasive and aggressive waste water.

A large range of adapter claws is available to easily update existing systems with new pump sets. Another mobile app helps find the right replacement pump.
