ITT Names Robert J. Pagano, Jr. Vice President of the Corporation

ITT Industries, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has elected Robert J. Pagano, Jr. to the position of Vice President of the company. Pagano was named ITT Industries Corporate Controller earlier this year.

Pagano, 41, joined ITT Industries with ITT's acquisition of Goulds Pumps in May 1997. Since joining Goulds in 1988 and following Goulds' acquisition by ITT, he has held a number of increasingly responsible positions in finance and operations, including Vice President -- Finance and Controller at ITT's Fluid Technology group in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, and President of ITT Industries' Fluid Technology Industrial Products Group in Seneca Falls, New York.

Pagano graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego, and holds both CPA and CMA certifications. He is a Value-Based Six Sigma Green Belt.
