IDEX Corporation to Webcast Second Quarter Results Call

IDEX Corporation announced that it will broadcast the company's second quarter earnings conference call over the Internet on Thursday, July 22, at 1:30 p.m. CDT.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis K. Williams and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dominic A. Romeo will discuss the company's second quarter and first half 2004 financial performance and respond to questions from the financial community.

IDEX invites interested investors to listen to the call, which will be carried on its Web site: www.idexcorp.com. To hear the live call, log on to the site several minutes before the discussion begins.
