IDEX Corporation Appoints George J. Noa, Jr., as President of Knight, Inc.

IDEX Corporation announced that George J. Noa, Jr., has been named president of its Knight business unit. Noa, 51, succeeds Paul M. Beldham, who recently was appointed president of IDEX's Pulsafeeder business headquartered in Rochester, New York. In his new position, Noa will report to Beldham.

Commenting on the leadership change, Beldham said, "George is particularly well suited for his new assignment, having served in various sales capacities in Knight's markets prior to joining the company in 1996 as vice president of sales."

Noa holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Duquesne University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.

Knight, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of controls and dispensing equipment for the industrial and commercial laundry and dishwashing industries, with operations in Lake Forest, California; Spain; Australia and The Netherlands.

Company Founder Ayhan Busch Celebrates Her 90th Birthday

Ayhan Busch, co-founder and co-owner of the Busch Group, was celebrating her 90th birthday on June 8. She is still active in the company, travels to manager meetings and welcomes guests, such as the Governor of the US state of Virginia recently. Just yesterday, she inaugurated the new “Central Park” on the grounds of the Busch headquarters in Maulburg, Germany.
