Hy-Lok USA will attend the 2010 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) to announce new developments in offshore technology. Hy-Lok will be located at booth number 1105 at OTC 2010 from 3-6 May at Reliant Park in Houston.

The OTC is an annual event that promotes the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, and environmental protection. Every year, more than 60,000 visitors and 2,000 exhibiting companies attend OTC from over 110 countries.

“We have played a major role in offshore refining, production, and exploration for over 30 years,” said Ron Cumlander, Executive Vice President of Hy-Lok USA. “We are very excited about the opportunity to introduce our products to OTC attendees from around the world.”

Hy-Lok USA has recently acquired significant market share in the oil and gas industry, becoming one of the largest providers of instrument valves and tube fittings in North and South America. Hy-Lok products are commonly used for Floating Production Storage and Offshoring (FPSO), process refining, CNG & LNG, and chemical injection.

“OTC is an excellent opportunity to spread awareness of our single and double block and bleed valves, said Jody Barnes, President and CEO of Hy-Lok USA. “I’m looking forward to fielding questions and learning more about new trends in the emerging oil and gas exploration market.”

Hy-Lok USA will be listed under five categories at OTC: Instrument & Control, Tubulars & Piping, Connections & Fittings, Valves & Actuators, and Actuators. Hy-Lok USA’s President will be in attendance for the entirety of the conference.
