From the Pump Selection to the Sales Force Automation

04.08.2005

In times of interlinked business solutions and streamlined processes, technical software has to be like a piece in a puzzle to fit a company’s requirements. Linking Spaix to other software is therefore an important step. Among recent developments by VSX is the Spaix ProjectAdapter to connect with ERP systems of other third party software.

From the Pump Selection to the Sales Force Automation

The Spaix ProjectAdapter was designed as the perfect complement to project management needs. Project data and technical information can be transferred in external applications through the project adapter interface. The data interface can be configured individually. As a result, the user has access to all technical and commercial data used in the Spaix PumpSelector. Information is easily transferred into SAP or other ERP applications so the data can be stored in a central system. On demand, the updated information can be transferred back into the PumpSelector, for example in XLS or CEF format.

“This new development is increasing the overall efficiency, when using Spaix as corporate quote generating system for pumps and accessories. The complete sales workflow will be covered through its perfect integration in the existing software environment. Together with the unique technical features of the pump selector and configurator it makes Spaix to the first choice, when it comes to find a software solution for the sales force automation in the pump industry” comments VSX’ Managing Director Hanns-Henrik Vogel the new extension of the product line.
