Flowserve Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Flowserve Corp. announced that Renee J. Hornbaker, its vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned for personal reasons.

"Renee served as CFO since 1997 and we wish her well in her future pursuits," said C. Scott Greer, Flowserve's chairman, president and chief executive officer.

The company has actively begun a search process for a new chief financial officer. During this search, Vice President - Treasurer David F. Chavenson and Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Richard J. Guiltinan will jointly assume the CFO responsibilities and directly report to Greer.
