The new electric submersible pumps for sewage from Alma Pompe are available as standard version and as explosion-proof version with EEx di IIB T3 protection for use in areas with explosion risk due to flamable gas.

For continuous operation, within the allowed use limits, the submersible pump must be submerged for 2/3 of its height, at least.

Suitable for fixed installation with coupling foot, guide rails and chain, or more portable applications suspended or rested.

CONSTRUCTION

Made in high quality engineering cast iron EN-GJL250/G25.

Single channel impeller provided with wear swivel and fixed wearing mounted in the diffuser.

Dry chamber motor – insulation class F, IP68 protection. Rotor supported by long-life self-lubricated rolling bearings.

Winding protection by means of a sealed chamber, filled with oil, which is fitted between pump and motor.

Sheathed electric power cable in Neoprene H07RN-F, with brass cable clamps, 10 mt. long.

SEAL

Dynamic oil seal ensured by two mechanical seals.

Mechanical seal - pump side: silicon carbide/silicon carbide.

Mechanical seal - motor side: carbon/ceramic.

On demand, the mechanical seal - motor side can be supplied in silicon carbide.

The submersible pumps are supplied complete with threaded counterflanges, packings and stainless steel bolts.
