Don Canterna Promoted To President of Waukesha Cherry-Burrell

CHARLOTTE, NC, May, 23, 2001 - United Dominion Industries announced today that Don Canterna will assume the role of President of Waukesha Cherry-Burrell.

Don Canterna, formerly Senior Vice President of Operations, will report to Bill Griffiths, President of UDI's Fluid Systems Division and will replace Ivan Larsh who has left the company.

"We are fortunate to have someone with Don's experience stepping into the leadership position," Griffiths said. "During his tenure with the company, he has been instrumental in implementing programs that have greatly improved our product quality, price competitiveness and delivery to customers."
