Change in the Executive Committee of Sulzer

Henri Steinmetz, division president of Sulzer Metco and member of the executive committee of Sulzer since 2004, will leave Sulzer in July 2008 in order to pursue other opportunities outside of the company.

Sulzer thanks Henri Steinmetz for his contributions to the improved profitability and continued growth of Sulzer Metco over the past years and wishes him the best for the future. His succession will be announced in due time.

Changes to the Endress+Hauser Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group has been realigned. Matthias Altendorf took up his position as the new president of the Supervisory Board on 1 January 2024. As announced, his predecessor Dr Klaus Endress withdrew from active involvement in the company at the end of 2023. He remains chairman of the Endress Family Council.
