Headquartered in Baerum, a suburb of Oslo, Innva is highly regarded in the water and wastewater segment in Norway. It is known for providing high-quality products, with Hawle being one of its most prominent suppliers. Since its foundation in October 2014, Innva has enjoyed strong, double-digit growth, largely due to its high service level and extensive technical expertise. Although it will become part of the AxFlow Norway Group, Innva will continue its operations from its current premises in Baerum under its well-established brand.

“The acquisition of Innva is in line with the AxFlow Group’s strategy of expanding our offering in valves and related technical expertise,” says Ole Weiner, CEO, AxFlow Holding.

AxFlow AS has been selling pumps, complete pump stations, instrumentation and valves for water and wastewater treatment in Norway for decades, representing major brands such as Hidrostal, Wika, Sensus, Siemens, Emerson and Honeywell.

“Innva’s wide product range and experienced sales organization make a perfect fit with AxFlow in Norway,” says Gunnar Ødegård, Managing Director, AxFlow AS. “We are enthusiastic about joining forces with the entire Innva team and together developing a much larger and more valuable offering to customers in the ever-important water and wastewater segment.”

Hans Erik Maastad, CEO of Innva, says that being a part of the AxFlow Group will bring Innva greater stability and strength as well as considerable opportunities for future growth. “Adding AxFlow s service capacity and strong position in the market will further strengthen our customer offering,” he adds.
