AxFlow Denmark Acquires Pumpegruppen A/S

AxFlow A/S in Denmark acquires Pumpegruppen, specialists in pump solutions for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as for water treatment and general industrial applications.

For more than 30 years, Pumpegruppen has gained its market reputation as full-service pump specialists representing well-known brands such as Grundfos, FTI, SPECK and many others. The company operates from its bases in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen and in Rønde in Jutland.

Under the leadership of Erling Olsen, CEO and owner of Pumpegruppen, the company will continue to serve their customers under its current name and will utilize the synergies of being a part of the AxFlow Group.

AxFlow's current product range in Denmark includes pumps, filters, UV systems, compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers and agitators. In addition, AxFlow also has well-established service facilities in both Smørum and Galten.
