These drive solutions help operators enhance energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and meet growing demands for sustainability and responsible resource management. At booth 416a in hall 11, AuCom will unveil its brandnew H1 series and demonstrate advanced drive solutions including the MVH 2.0 medium-voltage VFD and the L-MVE series of medium-voltage soft starters.
H1 Series Drives with Automatic Energy-Saving Control
Where turbines, pumps, mixers, or aeration systems are in operation, the versatile VFDs of the H1 series ensure efficient motor control. Characterized by a compact vertical block design, these drives cover a power range from 4 to 450 kW (380 to 460 V) and support various motor types including SPM, IPM, SynRM, and IM. While optimized for water and wastewater applications, the H1 series is also well-suited for demanding industrial sectors such as mining, food processing, logistics, wood processing, printing, ceramics, textiles, and hydrogen production.
A standout feature of the H1 series is the integrated automatic energy-saving function, which significantly improves part-load efficiency in fans and pumps. Idle current can be reduced by up to 30 %. For even greater operational efficiency, an optional braking resistor shortens deceleration times. Additional features include multiple encoder interface options, a range of pre-configured industrial application macros, and comprehensive communication protocol support including CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT.
Compact Medium-Voltage Drive with the Smallest Footprint in Its Class
In the medium-voltage segment, AuCom sets new standards with the MVH 2.0 and the L-MVE soft starter series. The MVH 2.0 features multi-level topology and spans a wide power range from 210 to 25,000 kW (2.3 to 13.8 kV), making it ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications. Remarkably, it boasts the smallest footprint of any medium-voltage VFD in its class—offering up to 40 % space savings.
For operators seeking compact and innovative medium-voltage drive solutions in applications such as pump stations—with an emphasis on safety and reliability—the L-MVE series is the ideal choice. These soft starters provide comprehensive motor and load protection. Key features include advanced interlock systems, arc fault protection (AFL rated at 31.5 kA/1 s), and short-circuit protection up to 40 kA/1 s. An intuitive graphical interface ensures fast and easy access to intelligent safety functions.
“With our comprehensive product portfolio, we offer the right drive solution for every industrial application,” says Thomas Zirk-Gunnemann, CEO of AuCom Applied Motor Controls. “At IFAT Eurasia in Istanbul, our focus is on state-of-the-art drive technology for water industry applications.”
The AuCom team looks forward to welcoming you at booth 416a in hall 11 and engaging in valuable discussions.
