Atlas Copco has Acquired two British Compressed Air Distributors

Atlas Copco Group has appointed Philippe Ernens President of the Compressor Technique business area and member of Group Management, effective May 1st, 2024. Philippe Ernens is currently President for the Oil-free Air division within Compressor Technique.

Three UK water utilities have agreed orders for the installation of a total of 30 Hybrid-SAF modular biological treatment units from wastewater treatment specialist WCS Environmental Engineering (WCSEE). The contracts with Anglian Water, Scottish Water, and United Utilities demonstrate growing demand for this adaptable wastewater treatment technology that gives utilities greater flexibility in meeting the needs of growing populations and tightening regulatory standards.

The Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB has appointed Vagner Rego as the new President and CEO of Atlas Copco Group, effective May 1st, 2024. He will replace Mats Rahmström who has, as previously communicated, requested to leave his position after successfully leading the Group since 2017.
