Atlas Copco Appoints New Media Relations Manager

Atlas Copco’s Nomination Committee proposes Jumana Al-Sibai as new member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB from April 27.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Trillium US Inc. The company provides vacuum pump services to semiconductor and general vacuum customers. It also has a small manufacturing business focused on piston and cryogenic pumps.

Atlas Copco has acquired the operating assets of FS Medical Technology Business (FS Medical), based in California, USA. The business services, sells, verifies, and tests piped medical and laboratory gas equipment and systems.

Atlas Copco has developed a new versatile range of electric surface self-priming dewatering pumps for a wide variety of applications. The E-Pump range consists of different models with a canopy and open set configuration. This flexible solution is ideally suited for many applications like sewage bypass, in the municipality sector and construction projects with access to a power source.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire the cryopump service and distribution business of ZEUS Co., Ltd. The business provides service and sales distribution for the Vacuum Technique business area’s CTI and Polycold products in South Korea.
