Founded in Barcelona in 1976 by Aurelio Maestre Losada, the company has grown from a small office with three employees into an international group with branches in 14 countries. Over these five decades, thanks to innovation, diversification of its product range, and a clear customer focus, TDF Group has evolved and established itself as a leading provider of technical solutions for fluid management in demanding industrial sectors.
“The 50th anniversary is a very special milestone for TDF Group. What began as a family business has become a global company with an international presence and a world-class technical offering,” explains Alberto Maestre Hoffmann, CEO of TDF Group. In 2025, the group further strengthened its various business units, with particular emphasis on the development of its metrology division. This growth led to the creation of the new, independent company TDF Instrumentación, reinforcing the group's commitment to specialization, innovation, and the development of high-value-added solutions.
... In parallel, TDF Group has further expanded its broad portfolio of state-of-the-art pump technology, complete systems and turnkey solutions, industrial measurement and control technology, filtration, heat exchangers, and specialized technical services – from consulting and commissioning to maintenance.
International Expansion and Sustainable Growth
Internationalization remains one of the Group's most important growth drivers. In Europe, TDF Group has its own subsidiaries in Portugal, France, Poland, Switzerland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia, where the company has expanded its sales network to consolidate business activities and tap into new business opportunities.
In Latin America, the company has expanded its presence through subsidiaries in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Brazil. The opening of new offices in Brazil and the establishment of a headquarters in Buenos Aires are particularly noteworthy in the past fiscal year, further solidifying both countries as strategic markets for the Group.
“This development reflects not only the performance of our team, but also the trust our customers and partners place in us. By expanding our international presence in Latin America and Europe, and through our ongoing investment plan, we can continue to pursue our goal of sustainable growth, aiming for a revenue of €80 million by 2026,” explains Maestre Hoffmann.
Looking ahead to 2026, TDF Group is entering a new phase characterized by its investment plan in Europe and Latin America, the diversification of its business units, and the strengthening of its specialized technical teams. The company has set a revenue target of €80 million, thereby reaffirming its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and the development of solutions for the technological challenges of the future.
