Low energy consumption
In line with the theme Pump Drive Systems of the Future, more and more environmentally friendly tractors are available. For this reason, BBA Pumps has developed a new series of tractor driven pumps. The pump efficiency has been greatly improved compared to the existing self-priming tractor pumps. High pump efficiency results in low PTO power requirements and thus minimised energy consumption.
Priming system
The new range of tractor pumps is dry self-priming as standard for optimum ease of use. Featuring a 100% mechanical priming system, the BA Series pumps prime and re-prime quickly, even from dry conditions. This feature allows the pump to be up and running quickly in an emergency.
New tractor frame hose racks
As an option, the tractor frame can be fitted with hose racks. One side has bars for the suction hoses and the other side has a rack for the layflat discharge hoses. Under the frame is a lockable bin for accessories like a suction strainer and bends.
