Flowserve vervollständigt die Akquisition von IDP
DALLAS - Flowserve Corp. (NYSE: FLS) gab die Vervollständigung seiner Akquisition von Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Co. von Ingersoll-Rand bekannt.
Aus der 775 Millionen US-Dollar Akquisition entsteht der weltgrößte Pumpenhersteller auf den Gebieten Kraftwerkstechnik, Petroleum- und Chemischen Industrie sowie der zweitgrößte Pumpenhersteller überhaupt.
