New steam powered pump

The UK based company Pursuit Dynamics has completed initial testing of a steam powered pumping system. The pump contains no moving parts, is virtually impossible to block and can handle solids up to the same diameter as the inlet pipe.

USD 5 million order for ITT Flygt

ITT Flygt will be supplying the submersible mixers, diffusers and piping system for the new biological treatment process at the City of Vienna’s main wastewater treatment plant. The plant is currently undergoing expansion, raising the capacity by 60% to serve the equivalent of 4 million people.
