Richard Tkaczyk has been appointed International Sales Manager for Holden Brooke Pullen.

The two Executive Committee members Christina Künzle, head of Corporate Development, and Eduard Rikli, head of Sulzer Metco, will be leaving the Sulzer Corporation per year-end 2003. The new head of Corporate Development will be Markus Heusser who has been with McKinsey since 1996. Bruno Walser, a long-standing member of the Sulzer Executive Committee, will head Sulzer Metco ad interim until a long-term successor is appointed. Thomas Gutzwiller will take over from Bruno Walser as head of Markets and Technology.

Iwaki Iberica Pumps SA announced that dated July 1, 2003 Mr. Guillermo Ashby was appointed Director of sales with responsibility for Spain and Portugal.

National-Oilwell today announced that David D. Harrison, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pentair has been appointed to National Oilwell’s board of directors.

Eaton Corporation announced the appointment of Robert Sell as vice president, chief information officer, effective August 11, 2003. Sell will be responsible for directing the company’s worldwide information technology operations, providing leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Pentair today announced that it named Charles M. Brown, 44, to the position of president and chief operating officer of its Tools Group effective August 14, 2003. Brown was also named an executive officer of the corporation. H. Eugene Swacker, who has served as acting president of the Tools Group since November 2002, has been named president of Global Sales and Service for the Tools Group.

Pentair announced that it named Frederick S. Koury, 42, to the position of senior vice president of Human Resources effective August 11, 2003. Koury was also named an executive officer of the corporation.

Grundfos appoints Larry Wimmer President of the Grundfos Sales Company (GPU) in the U.S., effective June 17, 2003. Larry will also remain President of the Grundfos Manufacturing Company (GMU).

The Board of Directors of ITT Industries, Inc. has elected Mark E. Lang to Vice President of the corporation. Lang was appointed Corporate Controller in June, 2003, and is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the corporation.
