BRIDGEPORT, NEW JERSEY – Godwin Pumps of America, Inc. (GPA), the largest manufacturer and rental supplier of portable pumping systems in North and South America, has announced its acquisition of Godwin Pumps Limited (GPL), Quenington, England. The combined companies will have sales in excess of $100 million.

Mike Schrock, President of Pentair Water Products Americas, recently named Dave Angelo, Kathie Buetow and William (Bill) Waltz to General Manager positions within the Pentair Pump Group. This action was taken to “move decision making closer to the customer and to provide easier access, increased speed, and a greater focus on product development and time to market improvements”, according to Schrock.
