Sulzer has signed an agreement to acquire the privately-owned pump company Hidrotecar S.A. in Burgos, Spain.

AxFlow Limited has announced that it has acquired Thames Valley Pumps (TVP), Windsor. The friendly acquisition will see TVP continue providing pump sales, service, repair and maintenance to pump users from its established premises operating as ‘AxFlow Windsor’ under the existing management team of Frank Moszkal and Bob Jervis.

Flowserve Corp. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lawrence Pumps, Inc., a privately owned American manufacturer of highly engineered critical service centrifugal pumps used primarily in the petrochemical and oil and gas industries.

HMS Group announces that it has completed an acquisition of Bobruisk Machine Building Plant (the “Plant”), located in Bobruisk, Belarus – one of the largest manufacturer of specialist centrifugal pumps in the CIS.

HMS Group announced that it has entered into a share subscription agreement. In accordance with the agreement, the company undertakes to subscribe for 100% of newly issued shares equal to 57% of a share capital of Bobruisk Machine Building Plant (the “Plant”), located in Bobruisk, Belar.
