Wilo USA Welcomes John Terman as Regional Sales Manager for Residential & Commercial Building Services

Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for building services, water management, and groundwater, is pleased to welcome John Terman as the new Regional Sales Manager of Residential and Commercial Buildings Services for the Northeast Region, United States.

John Terman brings over 30 years of experience to Wilo, having worked as a Project Engineer, Account Executive, Senior Sales Engineer, and Electronic System Sales Representative in various industries, including HVAC, fire protection and life safety. His wealth of knowledge of HVAC and engineering, as well as his talent at building long-term relationships with industry professionals, manufacturers and customers make him an ideal fit for Regional Sales Manager at Wilo.

Terman is responsible for overseeing the sales operation within his region, which includes servicing the needs of customers, developing sales strategies and setting targets, and collecting customer feedback and market research.

"With a strong background in sales and a proven ability to foster relationships with customers and manufacturers, John was an easy choice," says Richard Miller, Director of Sales for Building Services, Wilo USA. "His stellar record of growing business in US markets makes him the perfect candidate to help expand Wilo products in the Northeast."

Over the course of his career, Terman has met and exceeded quotas, managing millions of dollars in annual sales. Terman has a Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering from the University of Arizona, and is a certified Leed AP.

Wilo s Residential and Commercial Building Services Division provides pumps and pump systems for residential and commercial buildings. Categories include water supply, HVAC, pressure boosting, and sump and sewage disposal.
