Wilo On a CD

Wilo has created a new innovative CD for use by merchants and end users. Designed to give customers instant access to a wealth of technical, product and application information, the new Wilo Document Archive is an important component in Wilo's ongoing commitment to continuously improve customer service.

The new document archive includes the main Wilo catalogue and price list, both HVAC and Water and Waste Water product guides, installation and operating instructions, plus presentations and training guides in both PowerPoint and video formats. These can be utilised by customers for their staff training and development sessions, providing step by step installation instructions for the entire range of Wilo products.

One of the many advantages of the new format is that the vast quantities of information necessary to have to hand can be stored without taking up the space that the separate manuals and brochures require, and are therefore easy to transport to sites of work or satellite offices. In addition, the archive is easily accessible via any pc using Acrobat reader, so can be referred to instantly when necessary, and will be updated regularly for all registered users.
