Wilo Circulators Offer Top Performance
Wilo, the leading European manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems, has launched new versions of its proven TOP range of in-line glandless circulators for use in a variety of building and industrial applications.
Designed to offer exceptionally high levels of performance and reliability, the latest TOP circulators also ensure quiet operation and offer virtually maintenance free operation.
The TOP range has been designed for both hot and cold water applications such as LTHW and MTHW heating systems, chilled water circulating systems, industrial heat transfer systems and boiler shunt duties. In addition, the TOP range is equally suitable for both new and replacement installations and is capable of providing flow rates in excess of 50m³/hr in water temperatures ranging from -10°C to +130°C.
The new high efficiency range includes TOP-S and TOP-SD, single and twin head circulators, which are designed to be virtually maintenance free due to the one piece canned rotor motor design. Unlike conventional pumps, shaft seals are not required and the one piece design is self venting and sealed for life. The TOP pumps also feature a 3D impeller design that allows maximum performance to be achieved using minimal levels of power.
TOP-S and TOP-SD also feature integrated motor overload protection, with trip relay and signals which illuminate in the event of a fault being detected.
All models are supplied with unions or counter flanges to allow straightforward fitting and installation.
Other models in the range include the TOP-E and TOP-ED, electronically controlled single and twin head circulating pumps with infinitely variable speed technology. These can be used in a wide range of applications including heating installations plus air conditioning and industrial circulating systems.
