Wilo – A Direct Line to the Expert
With the re-launch of its German website, the pump manufacturer Wilo shifts the focus to easy comprehensive media communication.
The main stress lies on integration of cross connections, the possibility to question the Wilo expert directly and getting an assessment easily. This clearly simplifies navigation and search on this site and so creates an additional value for the user. The new assessment function guarantees a precise, content related optimization and the function “Weitere Fragen” (further questions) closes possible information gaps.
After finishing the German web now, the other local sites and the international version will follow soon.
Wilo-Select Online
The familiar pump selection system Wilo Select Online is now completely integrated into the web site and constitutes the central information source for all product data. Besides the regular pump catalogue, the site includes the correct pump selection (if the duty point is given), an interactive pump exchange catalogue and even the complete Wilo program for pumps, systems and accessories. The CAD and GEAB download functions and the data sheets - drawn up in PDF files - complete the circle of functions. This said, Wilo sets new standards for online planning and selection of pumps.
Life cycle costs (according to LCC or VDI)
Here, Wilo also places a flexible calculation to the disposal of its users. After entering the duty point the user gets a exact calculation of life cycle costs and an interesting comparison of usable pumps. All this with a simple mouse click.
The calculation of effectiveness can be done, of course, with various loading profiles either under international LCC procedure or in accordance with the VDI 2067.
Wilo-Select - based on Spaix® - the pump selection software, was developed by VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE.
Wilo spare parts shop
The spare parts shop allows German wholesalers for heating and sanitation to search spare parts for Wilo pumps, select them and order them directly online according to the respectively agreed conditions. The selection of the spare parts is very simple, since there are detailed drawings available. In addition, you can find out the status of your order with the WILO AG in Germany online.
