The HS pumps come equipped with the patent-pending Pro-Flo X ADS including the Efficiency Management System (EMS) that allows the user to control flow rate and efficiency with the simple turn of a dial. Depending on the application, this produces a significant reduction in air usage. The results are true cost savings brought on by higher performance, lower operational costs and reduced energy costs.

In addition to being designed for the highest sanitary requirements, HS pumps are certified independently as such. They utilize standard FDA compliant materials, and when properly equipped they carry the 3A Symbol based on standard 44-03. This standard validates sound hygienic design and EHEDG Doc. 2 and 8, which certifies cleanability.

Designed with flexibility in mind, Pro-Flo X HS pumps will satisfy a large number of application requirements. The most basic configurations are designed to be a step up from Wilden’s FDA series pumps, featuring polished surfaces of Ra 0.8 μm (32 μ-in), flow through liquid chamber design, and a smooth flow path to enhance clean-ability and prevent product entrapment. EHEDG compliant models are configured with the integral piston PTFE diaphragm. 3-A compliant models are configured with the integral piston PTFE diaphragm, the Wil-Gard™ diaphragm monitoring system, and a swivel stand, which permits the pump to be drained without disassembly.
