VARNA Products offers a line of High efficiency, positive displacement “whisper vane” pumps for Engine Prelube and Oil transfer applications. They are optimized to provide better efficiency & power savings over typical gear pumps used in the similar applications.
The VARNA Pumps were designed with Prelube in mind. They provide a high efficiency, cost saving, and maintenance-free solution specifically designed for Prelube.
VARNA Pumps require less power than an equivalent gear pump to run. The efficient, Green design saves money on the motor up front and provides an energy and money savings over the life of the unit.
VARNA Products unique “whisper vane” technology allows for higher compression ratios than other vane pumps for faster self-priming and better lift. The design employs 3 continuous floating vanes that “float” between the walls of the cavity rather than utilize springs. This reduces friction so there are no wear parts. Operators and Packagers alike appreciate that lose springs can’t show up elsewhere in the oil system.
