TurboTides Signs Taiwan Auto Design Company as Reseller

31.08.2021
Hanover-based TurboTides, Inc. announces a reseller agreement with Taipei City-based Taiwan Auto Design Company (a CADMEN company). This new strategic partnership took effect July 16 and will serve TADC’s customers in Taiwan and throughout Asia-Pacific by providing access to TurboTides’ turbomachinery software and engineering services throughout the region.

The agreement will enable TurboTides and TADC to grow their customer bases, improve market awareness and increase overall revenues as the synergy created by the two companies provides TADC the ability to leverage their Ansys Elite Reseller status and actively pursue clients in the more specialized field of turbomachinery, while, with their long-time partnership with Ansys and experience as an Ansys Elite Partner and in the Taiwanese market, TADC provides TurboTides the access to deepen its impact in that market.

TurboTides’ breakthrough turbomachinery design and analysis software offering provides engineers with key capabilities, including stage and components-level data reduction, powerful volute modeling, multi-segment CAD import, secondary flow path modeling and flank milling features behind an advanced and modern graphical user interface (GUI). TurboTides software is a superior comprehensive integrated software system for the optimization of centrifugal, mixed-flow and axial compressors, turbines, pumps and fans.

“We are excited to partner with such an outstanding Ansys Elite Partner company as TADC,” said Scott Hanratty, Vice President of Sales at TurboTides. “Their long-time experience, knowledge and proven success in the engineering market makes TADC a great partner that will have a significant impact on our ability to grow and expand throughout the Asia-Pacific engineering community.

“Since 1980, Taiwan Auto Design Company (a CADMEN company) (TADC) has continuously introduced world-class software in Taiwan and Asia-Pacific. We welcome the opportunity to now combine the Ansys and TurboTides products into a complete solution and provide new turbomachinery design technology and experience to our customers,” said Johnson Liao, CAE Business Unit President, CADMEN Taiwan Auto Design Company.
