Tore Bertilsson New Executive Vice President, AB SKF

The Board of AB SKF has appointed Tore Bertilsson, age 54, Chief Financial Officer in SKF, as Executive Vice President of AB SKF. He will take up the position as from June 1 when Gunnar Gremlin, Executive Vice President AB SKF and President of SKF (China) Investment Co. Ltd, retires.

Magnus Johansson, age 50, at present responsible for Six Sigma within the SKF Group, has been appointed new President of SKF (China) Investment Co. Ltd.

Tore Bertilsson has been with SKF since 1989 and Magnus Johansson since 2004. Magnus Johansson also worked for SKF 1981-2002.
