The greatest measuring and repeat accuracy of suction flows with micro diaphragm pumps

27.10.2000

The implementations of innovative valves has enabled the Puchheim Pump Specialists ASF THOMAS to significantly increase the repeat accuracy of the volume flow of their Micro Diaphragm Pump 2002.

This has been made possible by the smaller inertia of masses reactance and the special design of these innovative valves. No matter how the pump is fitted, it is able to reliably deliver the same volume flow. Depending on the setting, this is between 0.2 l/min and 0.45 l/min. Used in portable measuring devices, such as gas detectors, the pump ensures the reproducibility of the suction flow. Naturally, this pump is also in line with the latest demands from the filed of analysis technology, such as lower power consumption (30 milliwatt), ambience temperature of up to -40 °C and an ultra-compact design.
