EagleBurgmann is pleased to announce that Steve Rose has joined the team as Engineering Manager.

With more than 15 years of experience in design and engineering of mechanical seals, Rose comes to EagleBurgmann with his knowledge of mechanical seals and pumps from a major industry competitor. Rose’s engineering practice includes custom engineered seal designs, metal bellow seals for refinery and application engineering for oil refining process pumps.

In his role at EagleBurgmann, Rose will provide leadership and organizational direction for the engineering initiatives, as well as play a key role in assisting the sales team as a Refinery Specialist. He will be responsible for the operational performance of all engineering and design resources to meet the expectations of internal and external customers. His goal will be to create the competitive advantage and maximize customer satisfaction. Among his additional responsibility as Refinery Specialist, Rose will be actively supporting the sales team to grow the refinery business and assist EagleBurgmann in bringing high temperature metal bellow products to the U.S. market from Japan.

Rose is a graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He earned his MBA at the University of Redlands, Calif.
