SKF Appoints Eva Hansdotter as Senior Vice President Group HR and Sustainability

Eva Hansdotter, currently Human Resources Director, Industrial Division, is appointed Senior Vice President, Group Human Resources and Sustainability. Eva will report to Tom Johnstone, Group CEO and will consequently be a member of Group Management.

Eva is 41 years and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Systems Analyses from the University of Goteborg. She joined SKF in 1987 as system developer in the IT department and has held different managerial positions within SKF.

Eva Hansdotter replaces Bengt Olof Hansson, currently Senior Vice President, Group Quality and Human Resources, who will take up the position as Managing Director, SKF (UK) Ltd. and SKF (UK) Corporate Holdings Ltd.

The above changes will be effective from May 1, 2004 at which time the responsibility for Group Quality will be transferred to Group Technology Development.
