Sigma/ 1 – user-friendly metering pumps
Prominent complements the performance spectrum of the product family Sigma with the new Sigma/ 1. It works in the lower range from 17 to 120 l/h.

The Sigma family consisting of Sigma/ 1, Sigma/ 2 and Sigma/ 3 as well as the gamma/ L metering pumps cover the entire output range from 1 l/h to 1000 l/h. Thanks to their standard control systems with the same appearance and operational requirements, there is no need for the user to rethink or relearn their operation. The operator environment is identical throughout, thus facilitating easy setting or monitoring of all functions. Thanks to the identical controllers, in the same way as the gamma/ L, the Sigma pumps from ProMinent now also feature an optional PROFIBUS® interface together with the associated advantages.
The microprocessor controller of the Sigma pumps, featuring the optimum combination of speed control as well as stop & go operation, ensures exact metering even in the lower minimum range due to individual stroke control. The controller ensures perfect hydraulic mixing and processing of the metered quantity.
The Sigma pumps are equipped as standard with a PVDF liquid end, optionally with integrated safety overflow valve and/or DEVELOPAN® safety diaphragm with diaphragm failure sensor. Stainless steel liquid ends are also available for special applications.
